As you may be aware, the recent introduction of Government legislation requires airlines to provide additional Advance Passenger Information to the Airport authorities before the aircraft takes off! This is in addition to the information previously requested: Passport number; Country of issue; Passport expiry date; Given names; Gender; Date of birth and Nationality. You will now also have to submit your country of residence and an address for your first night's stay.
To save time at the airport and avoid potential delays, you need to update the details before departure; Amadeus brings to you a brand new product called Amadeus Professional APIS. This is a very user-friendly product for updating APIS entries in Central system using a Graphical User Interface designed for travel agents to fill in all information of Passenger in the PNR created by them. Once the application is started, it will automatically insert entries in the PNR.
The APIS data elements will be passenger associated (mandatory) and optionally segment associated. The APIS data elements will be transmitted as the normal bilateral SSRs, which will follow the recently approved industry formats of DOCS, DOCO or DOCA.

AMADEUS PROFESSIONAL BRANDED ITINERARIES is created to provide branded and professional looking Itinerary Prints of Paper and E tickets. PNR QUALITY CHECK
PNR Quality Check is a product developed by Amadeus India. It's a script-based product. After creating PNR, the travel agent clicks on the PQC icon on his front office system (Vista/Protempo). The script runs a check to ensure the presence of the following elements .
- Advance Seat Request
- Advance Meal Request
- Ticket number in the correct Format
- Seat sale in the correct access level
- Local passenger contact at Destination City
- Passport Number
- Hotel confirmation number
- OS messages
- Frequent Flier Number
- Unaccompanied minor information
If any of these elements is missing, a report is generated and queued to the travel agency's office id (Q97).
The system also offers integrated HELP functionality to enable the user track the right entry to be used and the correct format.
TICKET QUOTA SOFTWARE (TQS) TO UPDATE TKT QUOTA TABLE
Ticket Quota Software was locally developed by Amadeus in 2001.This product has automated over 60 airlines in the Indian subcontinent and performs nearly 5000 updates a month.

TOQD on SMS
Amadeus is pleased to introduce the facility of advising ticket limits for travel agencies using the Short Messaging Service (SMS) technology.
Especially created to cater to capping requests post business hours and public holidays, this product allows the authorized mobile users to update the capping limits on the Amadeus system, using predefined formats over the SMS.
There is no Internet or email required to send the request. Using the Short Messaging Service (SMS) of a mobile phone, the authorized airline personnel can key in the request to Amadeus India.
E-TICKET SCRIPT TO VIEW THE ETICKET DOCUMENT BANK
The Amadeus users cannot display the e ticket document bank unless they have a special user group. To overcome this limitation Amadeus India has developed a script.
The travel agency Queues the word ETKT to predefined Queue Number to the Amadeus office.
In turn a message is returned in the Agency Queue 97,which displays the e ticket numbers allocated to that travel agency.
TICKET WRITER WITH INTERACTIVE DOCUMENT BANK FEATURES AND LAN PRINTING
Amadeus India has developed a Ticket Printing Solution for those airlines who are non automated and do not subscribe to the BSP (OPTAT) stock.
These can be GSA's who work on airline dedicated continuous stationary, such airlines want a printing solution which is automatic, works on LAN environment and is interactive with ticket printing.

SCRIPT TO PRINT DIGITAL SIGNATURES FOR AMADEUS INSURANCE
In order to implement Amadeus Insurance in the Amadeus Indian Subcontinent,a script was developed which could issue an Insurance Certificate with the electronically Scanned Signatures of the Designated Signatory of the Insurance Provider company.
This script is integrated with the Travel Agency's front office system and enables Amadeus Insurance Policy printing which can be customized for each provider.
This product developed by amadeus India is a windows based application, which can convert the command of one CRS to the other.
The commands can also be transmitted to the Amadeus Central System.
